2015-09-25, , it is a piece of art, and since I had heard it was good before going to the moveis, a few days after the release, perhaps 2 I think, I did ask my father to see it with me. He wanted to see G.I. Joe instead, since he had played with them then he was younger (he is almos 53 now) but I had heard that film was quite awful On the other hand, I had heard D9 was good, but there wasn't THAT much talk about the film over here, even though it was kind of an alternative to Halo, which they didn't want Neill Blomkamp to direct and produce after seeing his Landfall short films (only God knows why -_-)I dig the mockumentary approach, mixed with an usual storyline! It is amazing, and it's so well done. Funny how Blomkamp got inspired by District 6 Cape Town, isn't it?Well, after watching this film, I've always wanted to make my own mystic sci-fi mockumentary (perhaps if I wrote one, Cinemassacre, James, Kevin and you could make it into reality, or I could just come up with an idea, who knows? I am writer, so .)I am about to wrap this review up: It was highly praised after being released here in Denmark, the most well known reviwers here gave regularly gave it 5-6 stars (the reate is 1-6). and one of the reviewers even praised it by saying A new science fiction classic has been born which I believe is true myself That's all. I wish to see a mystic sci-fi road trip kind of mockumentary from Cinemassacre soon haha Or a review of the independent Lunopolis, if possible? Stay creative guys. And healthy. And keep on working hard and passionate.Best, a loyal fan of you all,- Lukas
2015-10-08, you can come back but you would have to train again for a few years in canada. When asked why I neeedd further training after putting in 6 years in the US his answer was Canadian medicine was different which I found hilarious as Im a cancer doc and Chemo is the same everywhere. It was pure simple obstructionism. All I can say is I wish my fellow Canadians luck in the future. If they let the Royal college and the Doctors status Quo in Canada keep making decisions they will never have enough doctors. It is not in the interest of the doctors currently taking advantage(read raping)the system to have enough doctors. After all how else would they take tehir vacations and make so much money. Canada needs radical change and the only way to do it is by pressuring the government into tackling this issue through legislation and alternate licensing. There is a reason America gets some of the best doctors from all over the world they welcome them and treat them with respect at least they did with me.I make more than I would in Canada and they have given me a citizenship..all based on my qualifications which are not good enough for Canada!!!
2015-10-09, I am Canadian born. I met my husband, a dcootr in Zimbabwe, while I was volunteering at a mission hospital. My husband immigrated in 2008 and has been going through hell jumping through hoops to be able to practice in Ontario. He works full time and has to study during free time. He gets up at 3 a.m. every day to study and meets with study groups. We've paid thousands in exam fees and the rules keep changing so the rug gets pulled out from under him. After 3 years of this and little movement, he's now considering going home where he was practicing as are his colleagues. All I can say is that this country is exceedingly racist and I'm disgusted by the back of the bus practices that are legitimized here. It must be stopped. There are thousands of internationally trained dcootrs unable to practice here and huge dcootr shortages. http://rchbikslo.com fhniak [link=http://xdtpun.com]xdtpun[/link]
2015-10-09, One hopes more than just a few are aware that reality TV is more hilghy scripted and managed than many fictional shows the director is hudled under that counter, feeding lines The charter laws in California have enabled many valuable schools to thrive Alianza Charter School is one of the longest lived two-way bilingual immersion schools in the country, chartered to avoid the anti-bilingual ed law, but still functioning as a public school in every other respect. Similarly the Watsonville Charter School of the Arts implements a student-centered, arts-focused authentic education, again as a public school within all the other District systems except curriculum. Charters can become our Trojan Horse, allowing the creation of Freedom Schools like these that are truly community-based, teacher-respecting, and centers of learning.
2015-12-20, Which is fabulous in thorey. The reality is that, unless the charter schools are exempted from standardized testing, that all of the authentic stuff about a school will vanish when everyone worships at the altar of standardized testing. One high-risk, public school in my area now has teachers collaborating: not on special projects or how best to help students, but on looking at standardized testing and deciding who best teaches each standardized test question and then having each teacher instruct the entire grade on that question, so that the scores go up. How is that authentic to anything? And charter schools will be beholden to that same pressure. The point? Back off the standardized testing!
2015-12-21, jasoncharter schools only work if they seeclt who they allow in their schools. by reducing the incoming students they can then reduce the type of product that they then can create. assuring that they will have a solid learning environment. so yes they work if they can stack the deck. then again any school will work if they can stack the deck as well.
