2015-12-21, depends if you are using 0 nicotine ceartidgrs, then you can vape all day long for sure.If you vape the highest nicotine ones, then it makes sense to take a break when you start feeling dizzy.A couple of nic ceartidgrs a day shouldn't be a problem though. Just keep things in moderation as with coffee since nicotine is also a stimulant. Reply

2015-12-23, Your words are so true. As young teens we are so eager to impress. We start soinmkg to be accepted.Only when we are older and have come to our senses do we realize that we are hooked on soinmkg.It's never too late to quit soinmkg, but it's not easy and you have to really want it.
